in Philadelphia for repertory film programming, independent

edge, avant-garde
cinema from around the world. Film @ International House fosters
a greater appreciation for film and the moving image as both
a powerful
means of
artistic expression and as an avenue for greater cultural, political
and social understanding.

in music and performance. With an emphasis on experimentation
and improvisation, the stage at International House is an ideal
forum for discovering new sounds
and ideas.
Additionally, International House hosts forward thinking authors,
scholars and cultural leaders whose unique voices bring new
perspectives to our global society.

 Art
is our most recent programming addition emerging from requests
by local artists and organizations for space to showcase their
work. A partnership with InLiquid.com resulted in a dedicated
new media gallery with video installations. The second gallery
highlights the work of local and regional artists.
