IHP's Third Annual
Eid al-Fitr "Breaking of the Fast" Celebration
Tickets are no longer available online. Please purchase tickets at the door.
For the third year, IHP is pleased to host a Feast of Eid in our courtyard. Eid al-Fitr (Arabic), also called Feast of Breaking the Fast, is an important religious holiday celebrated by Muslims worldwide that marks the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting (sawm). The religious Eid is a single day and Muslims are not permitted to fast that day. The holiday celebrates the conclusion of the 29 or 30 days of dawn-to-sunset fasting during the month of Ramadan.
All faiths are welcome to this event!
In case of rain, the event will be held indoors.
