FOR FILMS AND EVENTS PRESENTED BY IHP, Tickets ARE Also Available From the IHP Box Office, which is generally open from one hour before until one hour after the starting time of a ticketed event.  (For double-features, it will remain open until the second feature starts.) It will typically not be open during free admission events.

In keeping with the theme of our 53rd Global Gala: Colors of Brazil, we are excited to exhibit the work of Brazilian-born artist, Daniel Gafanhoto, now a resident of the US and member of InLiquid, a Philadelphia based non-profit membership organization dedicated to providing opportunities for visual artists and designers.

A fine-art photographer who works digitally, Daniel photographs and processes cityscapes in a very personal way, as a demonstration of the places he has lived and visited. He believes that a place can show a lot about a person, sometimes even more than a portrait, and feel that the ways cities influence people are more striking than an individual character alone.

Please join us April 16th from 6-8pm to open Daniel’s exhibit, “From Rio to Brotherly Love”.  The exhibit will be on view through the end of June 2014, in IHP’s East Alcove on the main level.
